I have been unhappy with Old West Realty since day one and specifically, the owner/manager Judy. Talk about a miserable human being. She's rude, argumentative and shows no interest in doing anything for the residents of my complex. She won't return phone calls and if you have a problem that needs to be addressed, forget it - you basically have to call the association president and handle it yourself. Why our association hasn't dumped this company years ago is beyond me. Show up at their ""office"" to pay your bill and it's a mess. Paperwork is laid out everywhere and they have at least one cat and it's usually walking on the counter as you're trying to write your check. At the rate they're going, they'll be working out of a trailer soon. Get a clue, Judy!
