horrible customer service. The receptionist yelled at my husband. the service man was rude. they did not tell us anything about what was going on. They would never answer the phones and when we left messages no one ever called back. They did not come to install the part until 2 days after they got the part in. When they did finally install the part (on a Friday afternoon), it DID NOT WORK, and of course they weren't going to come check it out because they don't work weekends. So, we've been without AC for over a week. Don't know when it will be fixed. more
