I needed a new salon and live in the BR area. UG is so neat just from the outside, that i really wanted to go there. I called and asked to be set up with a confident stylist to cut my hair. I wanted someone who would be honest about telling me how what i wanted would work with my hair, someone who would listen when i said i did not want to spend hours with a blow dryer, etc. Chris Nagle did my hair and it is just what i wanted. As a bonus, he was fun to talk with, none of those awkward dead moments of stilted customer/stylist conversation. He was very confident, very knowledgeable and i can actually make my hair look almost as good as he did! I am very pleased and will go back again.
