I have been to this place twice, both times after purchasing used cars that needed some serious interior cleaning and I got the $100+ package. The first time was ok but it took a very long time to get the work completed on a Sunday. The 2nd was this past Tuesday. I told them that I need the car to go and pick up my kid at a certain time and they said it would be no problem. I come back and the car is not ready, they get additional people working on it to rush it along for me. I told the lady that I needed a plastic cover for the back seat so my son would not get wet and she said she put one back there. I pick on my kid, there is no cover for him to seat on.
I put some grocery store bags on the seat when we got home. I took my son to martial arts about an hour later and his white uniform looked like someone poured chocolate milk on it or he had an accident........ so they are either cleaning the seats with some very brownish chemicals or they are using the same dirty water they used to clean the filthy carpet. It was very disgusting, especially if they recycling the carpet water.
I feel it could have been cleaned better but they probably cut corners since they had to rush to finish the job. I would rate this place a one but the men who do the actual work seem to work very hard. However, I don't think I will be returning here again.
