I initially went to Allen's because of their local radio show, which seemed cool. My first purchase was minor (about $1200.00) for supplies to complete a small bath remodel, but with that purchase was the hope that the quality would be decent so I could feel comfortable purchasing from them for the next SEVERAL projects, the first of which was a replacement water heater.\r

Regarding the water heater, I spoke with Johnny Allen, who told me that his staff would have to come to my house to give me an estimate on changing the water heater. No problem. I called to schedule. He then said, no, just email a photo of the current configuration and his company would give me an estimate based on the photo.\r

I did just that, two weeks ago, with no reply. No answer, from Allen's plumbing, despite my follow-up email, in which I re-sent the photo, explanation, etc.. \r
