With a recent problem in our basement floor drain we called Roto-rooter and were impressed with their prompt response. They sent a plumber out free of charge to access the problem. This was key to us because we didn't want to break the bank with service charges. He was very thorough before diagnosing our issues. We even were left with an estimate so we could shop around to compare. He came back the same day to fix our drain. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Cincinnati/ NKY area.
