I've been seeing Mr.Kauffman for several years, and as each year goes by, the service becomes much more appallng than ever. Mr. Kauffman is extremely rude, obnoxious and inconsiderate. Five years in a row, he messed up my overly charged tax return, and even when it had to be amended, he still charged me, and it was his fault to begin with; a simple tax write off was omitted the first time, the second time he forgot to add my new baby as my dependant, and thirdly, he charged my credit card twice on the same day. After my tax return was done (horribly) I needed advice about opening a account for my baby for college...and he didn't want to help me! I was so humiliated they way he just tossed me out of the office. I am never returning to this service again, and I will be taking back 4 of my referrals, who will be taking there's as well along with us.
Pros: Location, heart of Manhattan
Cons: Everything else, staff, rates, facilities etc...
