Worst experience of my life. We walk in and wait for 3 minutes to order while she is talking to some people about how she is a 'mom and pop shop' and she has to be there all day and she can't hire help. Another previous customer walks up and she hands him some napkins, after which my sister-n-law (thinking that the patron was not aware we were ready) politely says ""Excuse me we are ready to order"". She promptly responds ""We are talking about charity so you can wait until we are done"". I turn around, say some not so nice words and walk out. She follows us outside and demands that I apologize to the children and people in the establishment (I told her no) and tells us to not bother coming back (I said no problem there). Never in my life have I been treated like that by an owner of a customer service business. If you want to be treated politely while you purchase ice cream (which is off the wall expensive) I suggest you don't go here.
