Unless you want somewhere to have a beer and hang out, Otto's is not the place for you. Five of us went there last night and chose outdoor seating. It was like sitting at a picnic table in a park. The band was lousy and loud, and the acoustics were extremely poor. The food was okay but expensive for what they offered. $22.95 for broiled filet of sole and a baked potato. I was at least expecting a vegetable. The green salad was tiny enough to feed a mouse. The clincher was the plastic drinking glasses. Thanks but no thanks.
