I put 1400 dollars down on a 1997 mercury from this dealer, i will let u know now it was my first time buying a car ever and i am a women. I got home with the car and i didn't get to drive it more than five times. It was a true lemon! I called Frank the salesman I got it from and told him my problems he agreed to have a tow truck come get the car and give me a mere 250 dollar back of my money wow! I was so done with this bullshit that i agree to it. He did get the car back but i haven't seen my 250 back! needless to say i have moved on and bought a Honda that works! I was just on of the worst thing s I have every had to go through. So please be careful because Frank and his all inclusive autos are scams and LEMON cars! He's full of bullshit!
