I've been going for 2.5 years for hair removal to bikini, underarm and legs, never missing an appt. Paid $4889 for services that are NOT working. I've been trying for over a year now to try to get a refund and to see a doctor affiliated with this company, but have been denied. They certainly know how to circumvent all requests by sending you in circles. I just found our today that Dr. Sean Freeman is the doctor affiliated with ALC in Charlotte, according to Kathy Walsh, Region Manager. According to the Dept of Justice and the Register of Deeds office, they do NOT have a license to operate in Charlotte. The NC Medical Board is investigating them because they won't help you to see a doctor should you have medical concerns, as instructed within the NCMB Position Statement. Also, they share personal and confidential information about you with other patients. They laughed about a cross-dresser who was visiting while I was there and share all sorts of personal info about his with me. Unbelievable! DO NOT GO THERE!!!
