Woke up to a wonderful surprise this morning: sewage backing up into the laundry room through the drain floor. We tried to call our regular plumbers but they couldn't make it out until the afternoon. We called roto-rooter and they were here in 45 minutes. They were very professional and did a good job of snaking out the drain and plumbing. The guy even called to try to schedule a free appointment to have someone come look in the drain with a camera to try to determine what the issue was. However he couldn't get a hold of the scheduler and promised someone would call us, but no one did. All in all, a bit expensive but worth it for knowing the job was done right.
