So I bought my new home on June 15th and started moving in in July. Midway through July I got a phone call saying I had to pull four weeks of military duty 4 hours away. My wife and 15 month old little girl had to stay with her mom and handle ALL the moving of our furniture and belongings. I got back on the 13th of August (friday) and the first night I get to stay in my new home with my family, my basement floor drain backs up and creates a huge mess. It was so bad I was pulling my basement ceiling tiles to soak up all the water. I tried fixing it but no luck. The next night It backed up again after i showered. I called a friend and he gave the number to another guy who would give me a ""good deal"". He never called me back. This morning (Tuesday the 17th) I finally reached for the phone book and called Roto Rooter. The plumber was at my house within an hour and had the problem pinpointed immediately. They hooked me up with a KILLER deal on clearing all my pipes and running a camera through the pipes where they found a problem with my neighbors plumbing that was effecting mine. My plumbers name was Sean and I couldnt have gotten a nicer, more experienced plumber. We also talked about getting him into the military to further his career! Sean was very knowledgeable and passionate about his job and showed me everything he was doing and even little things to look out for in the future and how to take better care of my pipes.
