You can walk in, drop off the keys, and the next time you visit them they will be handing the keys back. The job is done. The whole experience is painless. This was the second time I used Coastal Body Works; I had used them once before in 1992. The car looks great. It looks as good as new, if not a little better. It is incredibly easy to use them.
