My visit was 1st thing in the morning to have a crown fitted, I even arrived 10 min. early as requested by message left on my phone, I had to wait over a hour as my crown wasn't there, other than that my visit was painless as always. The girls up front did send me home with flowers which I thought was a very nice jesture.
