They refused to pay to fix my car when they damaged it.
I had my exhaust system replaced at the Lake Street Tires Plus location. They installed the tail pipe to close to my bumper and as a result the hot exhaust fumes melted it. The mechanic and manager there acknowledged that the damage was a result of the installation being too close to the bumper and passed the issue on to their corporate office, which refused to pay to have the bumper replaced.
Pros: very friendly, polite and helpful staff.
Cons: Did not pay for damage they caused on my car.
