I don't know what these folks are talking about I have been more than several times and played at the play tables with my toddler and was treated just fine. My wife does the shopping so I didn't even buy anything, but all we got were smiles and a friendly hello. Anyway, my son has a great time there and they have a great selection. My wife shops there alot and we both like the friendly small store attitude. We try to avoid the box stores and it is a treat to be able to shop and play downtown.
Pros: friendly, local, fun toys
Cons: parking sometimes tough
