The manager (Chris) has the worst personality and needs to see a Psychiatrist for her over bearing and controlling personality. She will not talk to you, she will just yell at you like you are a child. She will yell at your children for playing and being kids for no reason.
If you correct her and try to have a normal conversation like adults, she will just start harassing you till you move out. She is really nutz!!!
On a good note, the owners are good people and do hear the complaints about her. I'm sure we are not the first people to run into this control freak (Chris) before. I think its time for the owners to look into filling the management spot with a person who has a personality to do that type of job right, not running the properties like a jail!
On another note....She runs another property as well called El Conquistador Apartments on Jamacha Road where she lives....if your brave enough to live near her.
