Went with her because we wanted to support a local, family run business. Should have gone with the professionals. Showed up with her family on time, but that's where the good part stops. Did a walk thru and confirmed price estimate on phone. We went out to do errands, came back in time to do a walk thru. Surfaces throughout house were dusty and untouched! No blinds were dusted at all, despite being advertised on website. Outside of windows were also obviously unwashed. When we politely pointed this out, Sandra got an attitude, refusing to go back to finish the job. She even said we should pay her more and tried to take more, saying she didn't have change! We pointed out that she should have mentioned that on the walk thru before starting and she said she didn't make note of it (um, isn't this your job?). She said our floors were so filthy (despite being ALL BRAND NEW and previously swept and vacuumed by us before she arrived!) Drove off in a huff when we insisted on change (which she did have, liar) and left skid marks on our driveway. What a waste of money and attitude to boot! I NEVER leave negative reviews, but I've never had such bad service!
