Basically, this Sheraton hotel standard should be raised to match their hotels in other locations of the world. At first we (three sharing) missed having two double beds. We had to pull out a very heavy sofa each night.The rollaway offered took up too much room and had to be returned. There was a dank musty smell in the room from carpets which should be changed. We were told the hotel had recently been renovated!? that room service did clean every day.
Pros: Close to mall and restaurants hotel shuttle
Cons: Sheraton Galleria Hotel not the expected high standard
