Cashier was the worst and perfect example of what not to do. She was unfriendly, agitated, and I felt as though I was an inconvenience. Her credit card reader was not working on the register, so she insisted I had to pay with cash or check. Since I had neither, she said, ""I just don't understand why people are so dependent on credit cards."" How ridiculous and inappropriate! It turns out the other register (next to her) was able to process credit cards. Needless to say, there was no ""thank you"" or ""sorry for the inconvenience."" Apparently, she doesn't understand that customers are what makes a business operate.
