I went to Salon Blu with the belief I would be pleased with highlights and a haircut. I asked for carmel highlights-I have red. I asked to have my hair trimmed and it is 2 inches shorter. The stylist told me they have their own way of cutting hair which was extending my hair upward to cut. Then the stylist went back again through my hair with thinning scissors only to cut more off. I won't be going back since I paid over a hundred dollars to not be listened to.
