bought an 02 avalon and as soon as the 30 day warranty went out, so did the catalytic converter. technically it was clogged, which is easy to recognize by a mechanic. then when i went back to try and see if they would at least do the labor if i bring the part, they said they would knock ten dollars off an hour to $65 an hour for labor. turns out they would have just subcontracted my car out down the road to the same mechanic that i was already going to, only hes charging me alot less than $65 an hour. not only did they sell me a lemon but when i tried to get them to fix the mistake they try and get more money out of me for driving my car down the road to another mechanic. not a professional place, dont care about people purchasing a used car after they have your cash
