All of the employees must have graduated cum laude from customer service school. They are knowledgeable, honest, friendly, concerned and extremely patient. I can't tell you how many times I have gone into the store or called to ask questions. Never once was there a sigh, looking up at the ceiling, change in tone of voice or any of the other non-verbals that say, "I've got more important things to do." \r

It's obvious that they love their work and have as much respect for their customers and they do for the marine life they have assumed responsibility for. \r

I'm a novice who absolutely love fish. The only reason I can keep a saltwater tank going is because I can count on the staff at Old Town Aquarium. They are as the kids say, "The Bomb." I really appreciate them.
