I can't say much about the sushi here because I've only managed to get a seat here for brunch, early on a Saturday afternoon. That's the thing about Sticky Rice - they don't take reservations, and you can try to get a seat here for dinner at night, but you have to wait awhile.
But you can avoid a wait and still get your choice of sushi or brunch dishes on weekend afternoons, when you won't get hit with crowds. Their egg scramble is HUGE and tasty and very filling: scrambled eggs, hash browns (chopped up tots), bacon, onions, and cheese. It was very heavy for me so I only managed to make a small dent. Their tater tots are great; they come out nice and hot in a bucket with their special sauce, which I would totally dip anything into.
If you happen to be in the H St./Atlas district early on a weekend, go for Sticky Rice. At least than $10 per dish, it's a good deal, especially since you may have plenty to take home after.
