These guys take the whole car salesman routine to a whole new level. I've experienced nothing but lies and a few instances of sub-standard service.
I bought a CPO Cayenne S here a few years ago. They assured me that the car had never been in an accident. I've since learned it was.
When I took the car in for a warranty check-up, they didn't catch two serious and costly issues that have since cost more than $4K (just a month after the warranty expires and weeks after the ""service"". The symptoms were there, but clearly they avoided doing the work.
They did manage to determine that the car needed new brakes and rotors though. Thankfully, I took it elsewhere for a second opinion. And guess what? The brakes and rotors were fine. All in all, the WORST experience I've ever had with any dealer ever.
Love my car but hate the lies that LA's Dowtown Motors is all to good at telling.
