Right away I should have known something was wrong. It seemed every month from time of purchase I needed to get my glasses tightened because the bows were spreading. Eventually I find out that the frames were defective and according to one Optica employee, they should be fine, ""stress fracture, could have been there from the beginning -- probably"", ""just be gentle when putting them on or removing."" What??? They finally fell apart in March and now Optica is growing quiet. Problem is the $350 defective frames are discontinued (wonder why?) and now my $350 perfectly fine lenses are worthless too. After 2 months of no follow-up to my repeated visits, Miguel, George (Jorge?)
