I am no longer a patient of this clinic due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of the receptionist staff. Not only on two different occasions while calling in to make a appointment was I put on hold for over 15 minutes, but at one of the two occasions I decided to hang up and call back and realized that the receptionist had put me on hold and left to lunch. I received a recording when I called back. At another occasion I called and scheduled a appointment for a Tuesday since that is the only day of the week that I am able to leave work early but upon arriving for my appointment I checked in and was asked to wait in the waiting room I did so and after arriving 15 minutes early for my appointment I was made wait for an additional 30 minutes. After having sat in the waiting room for a total of 45 minutes (and forced to listen to the receptionist make personal phone calls to try to get her car fixed) I was called to the desk and told that they had my appointment scheduled for a Wednesday, which I would have never scheduled due to work and class scheduled that we have. I informed her that she was rude for not telling me that information when I first walked in, the receptionist did not apologize she was short and rude and said ok come back tomorrow. That was the last straw I changed my Primary care provider immediately after. Pros: Doctor is very professional and knowledgeable Cons: Very unprofessional and rude front desk staff more
