I have also recently started dealing with SKB and i must admit i have never worked with such a great group of people. ALL the staff from the office to the workers are friendly and extremely helpful. Always willing to go the extra distance. I am just sorry i didnt sign them up earlier! So to those 'haters' out there. It really does sound like scam artists, just because you are a teacher doesn't make you honest!! And disgruntled ex-employees - you need to learn how to do your job. LOVE SKB!
