Do Not take your computer to Staples in Seabrook NH to be repaired. I still havent' learned. I was scammed for the third time by techs that don't know what they're doing, or talking about; they also come and go every few months..They removed a virus that wasn't there, charged $139. then "by the way" needs a hard drive. Well geee, do u think I'd have had them touch my computer in that case? NOT!!!The other 2 times were just as bad, never fixed a thing and charged for things they didn't tell me they were doing. Never again!!!!
