My husband and I dined at III Forks for the first time on Easter. They were offering a 3-course prix fix as well as a limited menu. My husband had the chateaubriand (prix fix) and I ordered the 10oz prime rib. We opted for the four-cheese potato and sauteed spinach for sides. For dessert we had the chocolate mousse (prix fix) and cheesecake. The meal was excellent. Definitely one of my favorite dining experiences all around. The decor - mahogany woodwork for the steakhouse feel but not stuffy. I didn't feel like I was sitting with my grandparents at Morton's or Barrymore's in Jupiter. They serve only Prime steaks which we liked.\r
