First of all, they close the store for an hour every day in the middle of the day FOR LUNCH - I am sure that customers stop by all the time only to find that they are ""out to lunch"". How hard could it be to go to lunch in shifts so as not to inconvenience any customers. \r

Secondly - the lady that works the counter is flat out rude. She has a HORRIBLE attitude. I have heard other customers complain of this. When I left after picking up my lawn mower - I said, ""Thank you so much"". NO RESPONSE. My wife was with me and asked a question about a tiller they had displayed and the lady acted like she was being bothered to answer any questions. I will NEVER, EVER go back to this store and be treated like this again by these rude and cranky people -
