Rachel's is a great NYC restaurant in the heart of the Theater District and Hell's Kitchen. We went for dinner last weekend and had a great experience. They have a large wine list and the pistachio encrusted tuna was amazing!! The best party is that they have live jazz. Definitely will be recommending Rachel's to my friends!!
