The worst customer service! Went to have an eye exam. While I was waiting I asked if they would adjust my sunglasses. They broke my sunglasses while adjusting them. When I pointed it out the next day they said they were broke when I gave them to them. I could not see a thing after my eyes were dilated. When asked why they did not point that out prior to adjusting them to prevent this. The only response I received was..""My bad"". The office manager said she would speak to Dr Sanders. I went back a few days and they said Dr Sanders refused to repair them. The receptionist was extremely disrespectful and jumped up out of her chair yelled at me when I stated that I would not return there and would inform everyone the way I was treated. I have never seen such poor customer service in my life.
