There was water coming through the seams of the basement flooring in my 1/2 bathroom and I thought it was the toilet leaking so I called Roto-Rooter and Louis the technican came and unseated my basement toilet and found that the water wasn't coming from the toilet but behind the drywall and the drywall was so soft that I Iliterally knocked a hole in the wall and removed a large portion of the drywall and Louis found a 4 inch crack and the water was running down the crack to the floor pass the baseboards and into another area in the basement. I was devasted and visibly upset not knowing which way to turn and Louis emphatized and was very positive about recommending a couple of waterproofing companies that Roto-Rooter refers and he said that once I got the waterproofing taken care of to call and make an appointment and he would come back and reseat my toilet. It was a very costly journey but I'm happy Louis was there and found my huge problem and set my feet in the right direction for immediate help. I love Roto-Rooter and will recommend to my family and friends.
