My first visit I walked in not knowing where to go or what to do. I wasnt greeted or even looked at until I had stood there for at least two minutes. They told me 'sign in and go to the waiting room." Being a new patient I didnt know where that was so I had to look around for it since its not up front and no one bothered to tell me. I was overcharged, my credit card was charged wrong, it was so impersonal. When they messed up I didnt even get an apology like they cared. They put the yellow stuff in my eyes to check the pressure. Usually its a puff of air. he didnt tell me what he was doing and put the crap in my eye and wiped the remainder really hard off my eyes. It hurt, I had makeup on and had to return to work with a yellow ring and masacra running around my eyes. The office staff and the doctor are rude. I wont be going back and I'm making sure everyone I know steers clear of that place.
