A Co worker refered me in 2004. The young female Dr. worked on the wrong tooth and I couldn't tell till the numbing medicine wore off. No body in that office seemed suprised and the issue was resolved with my service being free and that's fair enough. I really thought it was an honest mistake. After apologising my Co worker then specified Dr. Krits, the male Dr. is the one she sees. He is good, at atleast he resolved the issue and took over my case gladly. I was just trying to belong but the front office was a joke. Rude and overbooking, they were awful. I found another Dentist. and completed my extensive work cheaper and much happier. Desprate for a quick dental service I tried them In 2010, am thinking with time we all grow......WORSE. Don't make a manager out of longetivity and a cute face, it takes more than that.....you know Brains, Pay a little more if that's what it will take. Am very forgiving but atleast admit your issues and don't explain your way out of it, awful I tell ya.\r
