I dropped my laptop off for a simple replacement which is supposed to be 8 - 10 days. I call at day number thirteen and the same person who answers the phone can never give me the status of my computer.,.....four phone calls in one day and nothing. I suppose I have to pay for the rush ($100) return just to get a dang answer.
