last year my prom group made reservations at shout for ONE table for thirty people...we came in on time and they didnt have our table for us because another group hadnt left yet even though we made a reservation. Then they made us split up our group into three other tables with my table being served and getting our food while one didnt get food and the other had to get theirs to go because we were late and our table had finished. Food was pretty good and the service wasnt too bad considering, but it was bad when at the end our server told us that it was at least 20$ per person and that if we didnt order more food they would just add the balance to our tab anyway. it didnt say anything about this on their website! By the time it was all said and done we were 3 hours late to our prom because of the terrible service and their not being prepared. i'm sure its great for two people who want to go out on a date, but i wouldnt reccomend this at all for large groups!
