I have gone to this Franklin office twice and will not go back. Dr Kaldawy is great but the office staff are horrible. Every time I call I am put on hold for at least 5 minutes and I never get an answer to my question. I went for a contact exam and they confused it with a follow up and never gave me my contact presription. I have since been waiting over 3 weeks to get that prescription. Overall a HORRIBLE experience with this office. Will not go back.
