Excellent service! The phone reps are wonderful and reassuring. The technician, Ron, was great. I had a difficult job with sink stops that had ceased functioning, so when I turned them off, they broke. Water was running everywhere. This was in the middle of a job removing the old sink vanity and replacing it with a new sink and vanity. My intention had been to hire the plumber once I had the removal completed. However, since things were leaking, I needed someone right away before I could go forward. Ron was not only able to fix the plumbing perfectly, but he put the new vanity in place, set screws in and caulked around the sink, so it's all beautiful and perfect. The new sink stops are much better. He also recommended replacing the trap, which had become old and useless. I could not have asked for better service. Thanks so much! I can always count on Roto-Rooter!?
