Oh my... I don't know where to start. I arrived at the salon today at 10 am and left at 12:30 pm. My hair was very long and I brought a picture of exactly how I wanted my hair done. I was told - ""Your hair is almost like this picture, we just need to shape it and clean it up a little."" After sitting in the chair for two and a half hours my hair is a mess and short! The only way to fix this is to cut my hair really short and I mean one inch short. It was horrible! I'm never going back and will tell all my students, friends and clients about my experience. I normally would not care this much but I have been growing my hair out for over six months and now I have to start over again. Putting this in perspective it's just hair, but what gets me is the extreme disrespect and lack of professionalism of the owner of the salon. Don't go there!
