I don't usually write reviews for company's I do business with. However, when I saw some of the reviews that appear to be written by past disgruntled employees, I had to comment.\r

I have purchased two Nortel phone systems from US Telecenters over the past 15 years for two companies I have worked for. I have found them to be very professional and knowledgeable. Dan is their service manager and is always willing to help me with any questions that I have about my phone system. When I do need a technician to come out, I just e-mail their service department and I almost almost always receive a response that day. \r
I have also referred US Telecenters to another company where a friend of mine works and he had nothing but high praise for the company.\r

I highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them for years to come!
