I've been going to Cutler since 2008 when Rachel Bodt started coloring my hair and am so happy with the service. She is very talented and I have always walked out looking (and feeling) like a blonde bombshell. Women frequently ask who does my hair so they could get the same color and I would definitely recommend her, the girl knows what she's doing.
The salon itself also has a great friendly atmosphere and everyone who works there is warm and helpful. Five Stars. Downtown in SoHo.. get your hair done and then do some shopping!
