From my first workout with Angela, I was hooked. I?ve had a lot of injuries over the years that have resulted in limitations that prevent me from doing some exercises. Instead of telling me to just push through it or to skip parts of the workout, Angela always finds an alternative way for me to work the muscle group without pain or risk of further injury. Her willingness to find what works for my body has not only let me strengthen muscles that I haven?t been able to work for years, but it has given me a great sense of empowerment that I CAN be strong.
