I have lived near Taberna de Haro for several years...and I had been so excited to try it. I was extremely let down. The food was ok....but I have had much better Spanish food. Several dishes were over salted, some overcooked. We were squeezed into a table next to the door....which was freezing in the January cold. In addition, the service was terrible. Our dishes were brought completely separate. Two of us had our entrees for about 20 minutes before the third received her meal. Also..the hostess/manager was very rude. I have been a waitress for many years, and to all the comments accusing reviewers of treating staff as ""servants,"" this was not the case. Just poor service.
