Me and my girl order from here atleast once a week and my coworkers order all the time. The negative reviews that are on here are bullshit and I can't believe they ever ate there. We have been eating Big Steins since '06 and continue to eat there. The only negative experience we ever had was with some of the newer employees that we have never seen before and they seem kinda lazy and not worthy of working there. Otherwise we will continue to eat there! I have tried ever sandwich on the menu and every one has been delicious!
