This place was horrible! I'm a bride searching for the best place to order my bridesmaid's dresses. My choices were down to two places, with one possibility being A Bridal World. One of my maids used to be a bridal boutique consultant and I took her to A Bridal World with me because I'm clueless. First of all, the consultant I was supposed to ask for was busy so they sent over a girl who clearly didn't know the answers to my questions and just rambled on. Instead of saying, ""let me find out,"" she obviously just made up junk. They wouldn't even show me ANY of the dresses by the manufacturer because they were ""in the back being priced and they can't be separated."" Are you serious? The dress is $35 more at A Bridal World than the other place I was looking into. We felt we had totally wasted our time going to this place so we just decided to look around. Ladies, I've never been married before and have not been read the fine print of bridal stores. So, I found this wedding gown I loved and wanted to remember the manufactures name so I could research the company. I happen to have my phone in my pocket so I took a pic of the tag on the dress so I could remember it. Apparently that is the crime of all crimes you can commit in A Bridal World. An employee FREAKED OUT!!! She went on and on and on about how I wasn't allowed to do that and told me I had to delete the picture from my phone. I was in such shock at how she acted. I said ok and deleted the picture. My friend and I kept looking at gowns. Next thing I know, the manager comes over and tells me I'm not allowed to take pictures. REALLY??!! I'm not 5 years old. I don't need to be told a million times. They were so rude. I stopped her and said, ""Ma'am, this has already been explained to me."" She just walked away. I am so offended at how we were treated. I will never step foot in that store again. I will also tell anyone who I know may go in there my story! I'm definitely ordering from ANYWHERE ELSE!

Cons: RUDE AND UNKNOWLEDGABLE STAFF!!!
