I did years of searching for a tattoo artist who was a "true" artist and not just some idiot with a needle. The staff at Rising Dragon represent a group of real artists and true professionals. If your goal is to have some truly original work done that you will get non-stop compliments about, then look no further. If you want some cheesy stock photo out of a book then go to one of the grimey shops found all over NY and elsewhere.
Pros: Best tattoo shop in the city.
Cons: You will want to get a million more tattoos done by them.
