When I place a request for a temp employee with this temp agency, I always get off the phone with a smile. Considering I was a beginner in dealing with temp agencies, they were very patient with me. I had never used a temp agency until two years ago. I was always under the impression temp agencies were cold and impersonable....definitely not the case with this one. McCall Staffing is the ONLY temp and perm agency our company uses to hire our staff/employees. I used them in our Oakland office to hire temps and now I have at least one temp a week through them in our San Francisco office. Our recpetionist is a temp-to-hire from McCall. Excellent temp agency. Definitely does not feel like a temp agency.
